Main Teacher Position
Competencies and Requirements
- Native English Speaker or equivalent.
- Nationality is not a mandatory requirement.
- Should hold a university degree or higher (please provide diploma and transcripts).
- Priority is given to candidates with a diploma in education, early childhood education, or a valid teaching license in their home country.
- Candidates without a teaching license should have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a kindergarten or school.
- Successful completion of the employment examination and interview is required.
- Age is not restricted, but applicants must be in good health.
Morning Bus Monitor
Competencies and Requirements
- Candidate must be able to speak both English and Japanese at conversational level.
- Age is not restricted, but applicants must be in good health, must be punctual.
- Within walking or bicycle distance from school to home.
- 7:00am~9:00am1300 yen per hour.
Our school is located in Toda City, Saitama Prefecture.

Professional Development and Support at Our Preschool
We offer in-house training and an employee skill improvement system.
As a member of TAIP (Tokyo Association of International Preschools), our school provides opportunities for employees to participate in TAIP seminars, allowing them to update their knowledge and enhance their skills. Interested employees can access free Japanese language lessons through our in-house training program.
We also offer support for obtaining various licenses, including:
- Hoikushi (National Childcare License) support course
- Kosodate Shien-in Training (Municipal Childcare Qualification Hoikushi-lite) support course
- Jr. High School Teacher License support course
- JLPT (Japanese Language Proficiency Test) Levels 5 to 2 training course
